User agreemen

Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, stipulates that consent to the processing of personal data may be given by a citizen or his representative in any form that allows confirmation of the fact of its receipt, unless otherwise provided by federal law. In cases where written consent is not required by law, a citizen may express his consent to the processing of personal data in any way, including by marking in electronic form.

I hereby freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest (hereinafter referred to as the User) give my voluntary, motivated, and informed consent in electronic form to Limited Liability Company "Modern Fire Protection Systems," legal address: 650070, Russia, Kemerovo Region-Kuzbass, Kemerovo, Tuhačevskogo St., bld. 60A, room 101, TIN 4205276078, PSRN 1134205024073, (hereinafter referred to as the Company) for the automated and non-automated processing of my personal data, including through the use of the website located at the Internet address https://sspb42.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site), in accordance with the following list:

• last name, first name, patronymic of an individual and/or individual entrepreneur, position held, email address, contact phone number, place of residence address;
• source of transition to the Site and information on search or advertising queries;
• data about the user's device (including resolution, version, and other attributes characterizing the user's device);
• user clicks, page views, field fills, banner and video views;
• data characterizing audience segments;
• session parameters;
• visit time data;
• IP address.

For the purposes of increasing users' awareness of the Company's goods/services/works, providing relevant advertising information, optimizing advertising, providing informational support, consulting, conducting marketing campaigns (including email and SMS notifications about news and promotions, etc.), sending notifications about the statuses of appeals, applications, orders, as well as in other cases of using the Site by users.

1. I also give my consent to provide my personal data as a Site user to companies performing work on the creation (including modifications) of the Site and providing services for technical and advertising support of the Site.
2. The Company is entitled to process personal data by the following methods:
   collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer to third parties (distribution, provision, access), including cross-border data transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
3. This consent is effective until revoked by the User in writing.
   This consent may be revoked by sending a written revocation to the Company's location by mail or by sending an email to the address ooo.sspb@yandex.ru. In such a case, the Company ceases processing and destroys the User's personal data within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of the specified revocation.
